Take me out to the Ball Game

Kristie and Kekoa Cabanting hosted us for two nights in Milwaukee. After a leisurely morning with Jennifer and Raisin, Brad and I set out from Detriot towards Chicago. We opted for the I-90 toll road around Chitown. The ENTIRE road is under construction. We would see a sign, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are improving the roads for you! Road work next 25 miles." And as soon as we saw, "End road work," we would see "Road work next 10 miles" and so on.
Our chef in training had dinner ready for us when we arrived. We sat around the dinner table for close to 2.5 hours, catching up, lamenting about silly bosses, and Kristie's kick butt job at facilitating Armed Forces Week.

The next day, we headed out to the Brewer's game and then onto the Miller tour. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. We had a blast with this couple. So much so that we hope to get stationed with them in the next rotation-- Hawaii, perhaps?
